Finding Clarity in the Chaos - The Centrepiece of the Woodland

Description

The woodland on my very doorstep does not undergo regular maintenance, such as formative pruning, restocking or suppressing or removing weeds, allows people from outside the woodland to experience the land in its most natural, unfiltered, uninhabited form.

The trees, like many woodlands in the UK, are the centrepiece of the woodland, if managed correctly, allow for diversity of tree species, encourage a diverse structure and habitation from a variety of wildlife.

The woodland in the scene is the complete opposite to those illustrated in the latest blog posts about woodland management, seemingly healthy trees which sustain the life of the land, yet in this case, we get a rare glimpse into a woodland in its most unaltered form, a land and trees not influenced by outside human intervention.
